—The species composition of zooplankton in 17 lakes is described. Its ecogeographical and faunal analysis provides information about the abundance, biomass, and structural indicators. These data are used for assessing the trophic status of lakes located in the valleys of the Uldza and Kerulen rivers in northeastern Mongolia. On the basis of the published data, the dynamics of zooplankton in lakes in wet and dry years has been analyzed.
